Appointment was excellent. On time, installation and review of use was professional. AND, unpackaged and removal was CLEAN. Protection plan is essential when purchasing a high end item.

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

I bought protection for my TV, which is a higher end model. Best buy covers more than the manufacturer warranty. I don't expect I'll have any issues, but knowing I have the protection is nice just in case anything does happen.

Every time I buy any electrical equipment like TV's, Computers, etc. I always purchase the geek squad extended warranty, they are efficient in solving any issues you may have.

The IT Geek Squad tech repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, was very helpful, professional and pleased with the end result. The price paid was very economical for the work performed.

We paid for their service only because we have bought so many products that we just wanted to make sure we were covered.

Their warranty coverage for tv's is the best on the market. It does cost alot more than average. But you get alot more coverage than you would with other companies. If you are worried about burn in on OLED panels or anything like that you should get the extended warranty.

If you buy any items, you better get protection for what you buy. Get geeks squad for the protection and relax.

I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad for my new Roku TV and haven't actually used it yet, but it covers any damage and even if something as small as two pixels going dead on the screen and they'll replace it so I'd say for an extra $30 it's well worth it.
