Only used geek squad twice in my life but both times it went smooth with no issues. Highly recommend with any large purchase

As of this date in my life I have been very lucky with all my electronic purchases and not having to use any kind of extended service. I know as some point this is going to run out and if I can have five years of piece of mind I am good with that.

For very little more get extended coverage on a product even if it’s a small low cost product why not , they offer fixing and or replacement and even reimbursement .

I always recommend to add this services. The personel always resolved any issues that I have.

I like this Greek squad they handle my problems every time.

Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about extra protection care to your product! Being able to assure that you can take it back to the store n get a replacement is amazing!

The Geek Squad service is by far one of the best investments you can make for your technical computer needs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the $$ spent.

Unfortunately I’ve found that not buying protection plans seems to be more expensive than buying them. Nothing seems to last as long as we expect anymore.

Haven't needed them to correct any problems but great peace of mind that I will have backup if needed.

Best Buy product protection is the best! You get service locally if you need it ... unlike a warranty I had for another TV that I bought elsewhere and for which I actually had to pay something like $35 to ship away to get it replaced

5 year Protection Plan which is wonderful...... Incase there was a issue...

I always buy the 5 year TV warranty so as not to be concerned with any future problems. I've used my warranty before and all was taken care of to my satisfaction.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

The only protection Plan that I ever buys from Best Buy geek squad. Never had any issues with them refusing to service or replace a product. Highly recommend it

This is a good service that I initially purchased in 2015 when I bought a MacBook. I purchased in 2018 when I bought a Samsung smart TV, I haven’t had to use it yet. But it’s like with any other warranty or “insurance” it’s a hypothetical if something goes wrong.

It brings me a great piece of mind buying a large purchase knowing I have a great warranty
