Took my tv to get fixed about one month ago because when I bought it, there was a crack on the side and they just replaced the entire thing with a brand new one

Don't forget to buy coverage for your electronics in case anything happens to then with or without the manufacturer warranty period.

It is nice to be reassured constantly that you have quality people to help you when things don’t quite work the way they should!

I have not had to use the geek protection recently, but have in the past. After a quick check of the product that failed, I was given a credit sufficient enough to get a new model.

I was reimbursed 100% after four years of coverage.

They did a great job installing our wall mount.....

We have not needed to use this yet but all the times we have used Geek Squad in the past we have had pleasant enough experiences.

I like the fact that the geek squad will come to me for repairs and I do not have to carry this huge tv into Best Buy

I purchased this for my surface computer. NO questions asked. The product ended up being recalled and they gave me a credit for EVERYTHING! So friendly and helpful!

5 year protect is awesome just in case you run to a hiccup with any products.

Never buy anything electronic without it! I buy Protection plans on all my electronics, well worth it. A bit extra up front, but can save you a ton on the back end.

Knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend for the more high valued items, especially those that are hard to transport.

It is great to know that I don't have to worry about problems with my new TV. If something goes wrong for 2 years, it will be taken care of.
