Luck my for me I have not needed to use the Geek Squad but great comfort know it's there if needed.

Got the contract for my father-in-law, but never had to use it because the TV is still working well

They came to my home in November ordered necessary parts, When it was totally dead I was given a new TV under my plan

We have always bought Geek Squad protection on anything we buy from BestBuy... To us its just smart to buy it. You can't go wrong buying protection on electronics.

Best protection you can buy but i hate how best buy changed up their policy. Very few items and be renewed. I think it's works out for best buy now instead we the customers..

Do yourself a favor & protect your purchases So worth it!

The Warranty is amazing, if something happens with your device you can just bring it in. Repairs are usually 1-2 weeks but if you qualify for a replacement then you just saved yourself so much money!

Squad protection is a good product to have because the staff are very knowledgeable ,very courteous and I respectful. I am glad I purchased the geek squad protection

I'm concerned that a ROKU TV brand will not hold up like a top of the line brand such as Samsung or Sony. I felt I needed this extended warranty just in case.

Excellent tv Samsung is one of better smart tv brands

This is a protection plan. I have had excellent experience with geek squad changing components on my computer and using best buy warranties on my old smart watch so there shouldn't be an issue. But only time will tell.

I always choose to take advantage of the Geek Squad protection packages when I shop at Best Buy. You'll then never have to worry should any of your electronic "toys" develop any mishaps. Don't check out without it! A++++++++

Pickup at store was so easy. Squad was assertive and very kind.

Purchased a new hgtv and cables, got the extended warranty on the tv for five years. Was so worth the money, no worries, covers the remote as well, definitely would do it again!

With every purchase I also a buy a geek squad warranty so when something happens they will come to the rescue when I need help. So far in the last 8 years so far so good.
