Purchased the added protected to the piece of mind in case there is a failure after the manufacturers warranty expires. No regrets.

Extra protection is always good. Once the manufacture warranty ends, I still have another warranty to depend on for repairs.

pricing on a 5 year warranty not bad at all and will cover everything to be repaired or whatever you need , highly recommend getting one just fofr general good practice.

I got what I paid for... Respect and responsibility, my TV was damaged after 4 years and Geek Squad replaced it for a new one.

2nd yr Geek squad protection is awesome with their dependability and ability to solve all my tech issues. Amazing !

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.
