I have not had to use the warranty yet. But I would rather be safe than sorry if anything goes wrong. I always recommend getting the warranty.

Having called about a problem with new tv purchase and being told I would be charged for something not working that I purchased the 5 year extended warranty for. Was also told I would need to bring it in for repair. It's a 49 inch tv which is supposed to be covered for in home service. I had to contact support to get resolved. I'm giving a recommend, but with reservations.

Not sure what to say...bought their warranties in the past and never had an issue w/ them. Hopefully, won't need them for my new television!
