I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

The warranty is a must have for peace of mind with all the new 4k technology these days. Best Buy is a winner in warranty service.

I bought a Sony TV on sale, purchased the 5 year warranty. TV went dead 15 months. Hoped for equivalent or same TV with a 3+ year unexpired warranty. Got my purchase price back, no extended warranty on unexpired warranty. So, to replace the TV, cost was $100 more, plus a new $60 warranty. On a $350 purchase, probably not a good idea.

5 year coverage is a great buy for the price to keep you not having to worry about repairs

The agents are always friendly make you feel good about leaving your device

Much needed when buying electronics , Very reasonable pricing and it seams pretty easy.

If you ever going to buy a tv, dont ever question the benefits of having extra insurance

I get geek squad protection on all my appliances and TV. Repair everything at no additional cost and what can't fix will be replaced.

Get the five year instead worth the extra money for sure

I got 5 years in home coverage on my 55" tv for $79. That's a great deal! No worries here.

The gray fuzzy line of whats included if theres cost and what is directly the tvs fault vs wifi.

Protect your purchase with the Geek Squad. I was considering not purchasing it but I'm glad I did. Peace mind is worth it.

This is an excellent protection plan and I have brought from every product I buy from Best Buy, but never had to use it.

The Sony tv I purchased went bad after 3 hrs. They replaced the tv in the next few days and sent out the geek squad again.

It's a protection plan. What more can you say. Five year plan at a reasonable price.

Purchased this with my Sony XBR 930D TV ... hope I really never have to use it but it's peace of mind when you spend $$$ on a TV.

Got it for my tv because, great for peace of mind in case something happens to my tv
