I have had the geek squad come to my house on several occasions with different items over the years. And they are just great.

Just used my geek squad protection plan on my OLED LG TV. I had burn in on the screen because I purchased the extended warranty geek squad replaced the OLED Screen. I am so glad I bought the extended warranty otherwise I would be purchasing another tv.

We love the geek squad protection. This is the main reason we shop at Best Buy. We had a problem a few years ago with a tv that we had owned over a year. We took the tv back to our local Best Buy. They looked at it and refunded us the entire amount we had paid for the tv. It took about 40 minutes for the entire process, including waiting in line.

This very much helps a lot when you have big purchases. You need to protect your products at all times and geek. Squad protection is very helpful.

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

Peace of mind knowing ai have geek squad protection! My last TV i bought went out with one month remaining on my two year protection plan i purchased. So this was an easy choice to get a five year protection plan. It's the peace of mind. Best Buy is also the only company to cover burn in on an OLED TV if burn in is a concern.

I have always used Geek Squad for all my Best Buy purchases, TV's, Laptops and Gaming Systems - I have no complaints and I've always been pleased with their level of service. I recommended Best Buy to my dtr who just purchased a washer/dryer and she asked if the Geek Squad Warranty was worth it and I said absolutely. She subscribed at the time of her purchase.

I don't usually buy protection plans because it's better sometimes to buy a new product most times it becomes an upgrade.However money was tight, so Geek squad came to the house, did an evaluation and gave us store credit for a new TV .

I was helped quickly and efficiently! This is why I always go to best buy for all of my electronic needs.

Got our tv replaced for free 4 years after we bought it. The backlights went out. Setup an appointment. Technician came out and made the replacement super simple.

Best buy offers excellent customer service and piece of mind for my expensive tv

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

I work on appliances for a living and sell protection agreements every day. So I believe in them whole heartedly. I chose to purchase the protection agreement when I bought my TV for peace of mindand the fact that if it breaks it will be repaired or replaced. And the price was very reasonable compared to other plans.
