They came and set up my tv and connected tv internet all that stuff for my grandma they showed her how to was fast

so far so good no issues. recoomended to get the protection and sign up up for install if not epericenced

This is an easy choice for me. I have had a TV go out at 3 year 11 months and they sent a service person out to look at it. They couldn't fix and replaced it without a fight.

the care plan is worth it if you are worried about your technology working up to 2 years from purchase. It's worked out in my favor a number of times.
