Great service, my TV had issues with the network card and picture display. The representative helped me to resolve the issue immediately. Now recommend geek squad to everyone.

We recently bought a pc and cellphones. Best Buy has competitive pricing on products. We plan on getting an appliance in the near future and the 10% credit on this purchase can be forwarded to the appliance if we signed up for an in store card. I was uncomfortable this when it was necessary to provide my SS# and drivers license. Still hoping this all works out, we get the discount promised to us, and Best Buy data base doesn't get hacked.

By far the best protection plan for any TV . I wouldn’t buy a TV without this protection plan ! Tv bought in 2017 just had the screen go out on me , so Geek squad came and looked at it (now being 2022 and the TV is almost 5 years old ) and determined it couldn’t be fixed so I received the full amount of what I had paid for the TV , to purchase a new one. Once again , totally worth every penny and best protection plan that was easy to use and fast to fix the issue.

The Tv great sinks with everything easy to set no issues with connecting to internet a lot different options to connect with everything like ipad , iPhone etc.

Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially when combined with best buy customer service. I purchased protection plan on a tv from best buy, said tv stopped working. I have been waiting on a replacement tv going on 3 months now, everytime they schedual an appointment to bring a tv and I change my daily plan to accommodate it they send a text telling me I have to reschedule. That in itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. My customer satisfaction with geek squad AND best buy is ZERO. I will not ever purchase anything from either again.

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

I always worry about my products going bad, thanks to Geek Squad protection plan I don't have to worry about a thing. I can enjoy my television knowing that if anything goes wrong Geek Squad will have my back.

the security i need at the price i want. i made a good investment purchasing my hisense 75 inch 4k tv / hisense dolby atmos sound combo and this protection plan gives me a solid peace of mind. satisfied customer

Great service to get had it with my phone allows u to keep the value under the warranty to atleast replace or get a newer item to use for just one payment worth using and keeping track of. Especially for my tv that have a hard time with constant gaming and family movie watching

Have gotten geek squad protection in the past for a tv and just before it ran out, my tv started having issues. Best Buy could no longerfix the tv, but they made it right. Absolutely paid dividends

My LG C1 died on me, it was just 3 years old. For that purchase I thought I didn't need a protection plan. Never again for expensive TVs. I got the plan for my new TV. Better safe than having to buy new TV.
