Very good price and customer service was top notch.

This right here is a must have. They brought in my TV and it had a crack in the middle of it and I called them and they came out the next day with a brand new TV. They didn't ask a lot of questions they just replaced it they said my warranty was good and it was here to help me answer me if I had any problems or complications called them and they will take care of everything. Having a warranty on your stuff that you purchase at Best Buy is the best thing that you can ever do.

I always recommend getting warranty on any electronic i buy. The geek squad has you covered if you have any issues and they are so very helpful

Bought this for my second TV I bought from Best Buy just for a peace of mind at a great cost. I believe in Best Buy and I know they'll honor my warranty when I need it the most!

I’ve been getting service plans with Best Buy since the PS2 days. Never once has one not come in handy. They’re a must for me with high end purchases.

Purchased an OLED tv and I would be lying if I didn’t feel nervous about encountering any issues. Such as power surge issues, burn-in, dead pixels etc. I usually lose power at my house during a heavy storm and living in Florida we get those quite often. So that is a big concern for me and of course the possibility of burn-in. I doubt my tv usage would cause burn-in early on but the peace of mind is worth it. I’d highly recommend geek squad protection

They friendly and were very good about trying to help, but had to send off the tv anyway. Getting the appointment with them wasn't an easy task though

We bought the 5-Yr warranty from Best Buy for our 55-in TV. We had a problem about 2 years later which was fully covered by the plan. We had a pixel issue about 5 months later which couldn't be fixed. Best Buy replaced the TV with the newest version for no charge at all. They even delivered it to my house and picked up on the old one! I will be buying the plan again.

I have a rest of mind knowing that if there’s anything going wrong with my setup, I’ll have a timely response from the Geek Squad to repair or replace the faulty parts.

Picture is great, but it drops WiFi connection almost daily. It’s annoying when something I’m watching suddenly freezes and then I have to go through the menu to reconnect the internet. I’ve tried restarting the tv and my router and it still happens.

Got this for TV protection. Peace of Mind for next 5 year.

The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. These warranties are 100% worth the money! I bought a Sony A9G in 11/2020 and it died 11/2022, because of the warranty Best Buy gave me $1800 for the A9G, $100 less than I paid 2 years ago, plus I got to keep my A9G despite its pixel issue. I put the money towards the A95K and bought another 5 year warranty! If you spend $2000+ on a tv, it’s worth it.

Geek Squad service is a super value - I have used it for repair or replacement many times over the years. It pays for itself in the long run. I never buy a major appliance or electronics without it. And only Best Buy has the Best Buy Geek Squad service. It is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy.

This is a great protection plan considering it’s only $19.99. My T.V. wasn’t displaying a picture only sound. Took it to the Geek Squad and they replaced it for me. It was fast and easy. The staff was also great! Biji was great, very professional, helpful and nice. This was definitely a pleasant experience!
