Hello, The driver's had an window and were so friendly when they almost apologetically called asking if they could come six hours early. Brought it inside with mask and gloves. The television picture is perfect, and set up could not have been easier. Smart remote walks you through each step, although I do find myself adjusting settings quite a bit as it's only been one day. The Smart system is much, much faster than I expected. Touching the Netflix and prime buttons bring you directly to them with no hesitation. Mated to a Samsung Q60 soundbar. We didn't like the sound very much on the old TV, but this pairing seems to have fixed some of the voice and dialog problems we had. This is a great TV, and although it doesn't have back lit and some of the other gripes I've seen, I really believe you won't have a complaint unless you have a more expensive TV sitting right beside it in your living room.

Love this TV. Definitely worth the purchase. Packed full of add-ons. Especially like the Smartcast and free-tv, which includes dozens of free movie sites. You will seriously have your pick from dozens of free movie sites amongst the pay ones and never be out of anything to watch. Picture is great. Sound is great The TV is easy to operate. Only issue I had was with pairing the remote for voice. I followed the instructions to unplug TV and everything connected to it. Press the power button for 30 seconds then plug the TV back in and plug back in the cables. I won't take away a star for that. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Absolutely a must buy with any tv regardless if you have total tech or not. My Q80 kept randomly rebooting. It was stuck on a sever loop. Im so thankful i purchased the 5 year plan! I went 4 years with no issues and then boom, it just broke on me. Best buy was able to replace my tv and gave me the full value of what i paid for it. It blew my mind how many different options i had. I could either get something of equal or less value, and have some extra money back, or take the total of my old tv and upgrade to a new level. Tvs dont last forever and having this peace of mind is an absolute recommend

In 2013 I got the 5yr plan on a Panasonic 50 inch plasma tv that was already openboxed at my local Best Buy. Last week it died on me and due to my location I would have to wait 2 weeks to have a service agent come out to my house to take a look at it. They mentioned that I was able I could take it in to the store. When I got it to the store some things were looked up by the Geek Squad agents in the store and 15 minutes later I was loading a new 55 inch Samsung 8000 series curved LED 4k tv in my truck as a replacement. No yelling, no fuss just simple. Highly recommended to get the service plan on a TV. (Just as a side note... this plan does NOT cover accidental physical damage)
