Lucky haven't had to use this program much, but the handful of times I have, it has been excellent service.

Had a small problem setting it up because I only have an antenna. Called support and got it running. Love the picture and a great price as well.

Best customer service experience, the technician was very professional.

Used them in december when my old computer died. The did a diagnostic and determind the motherboard was bad and were able to transfer everything to anew computer.

Geek squad is a definite plus. It’s something I like to have available to me if I need it. It’s worth the subscription.

Doesn’t really cover anything. And when I finally tried to use the coverage, an agent told me the issue was covered, then when I showed up at the store for my appointment, they informed me that it wasn’t covered. Several employees lied and went back and forth before a “supervisor” that I was finally able to talk to said they can’t do anything for me and basically they’re not liable that an employee lied to me. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If there's an issue with the TV that is problematic, I get a new one- i can re-up every 5 years. Big plus for us is it covers power issue caused problems.

Geek squad service is great. They offer great protection on items and it’s better to have the protection and not need it than need it and not have it.

Let's face it TVs are exensive and sometimes stuff happens. That's where the geek squad comes in. They want you to be happy with your purchase and want to be there to help should anything go wrong. I consider it a must buy. You should too!

We have bought many extended warranty's over the years. We had one on our last TV that we bought at Best Buy and we had to use it a month after the manufacturer warranty. They did everything they said by coming to our house and fixing the tv.

Over all good tv. Color is a little dull and it does this time out thing after 3 or 4 hours where it will just exit whatever you are watching and just go back to the home screen

My computer went down and I took it to the geek squad. These guys saved me money no doubt!

This tv is incredible! I love the colors and the amazing quality of the images.

Unfortunately we had to use the protection plan for our television. But Best Buy stood by their plan and since they could not fix it they replaced it.
