Worth every penny! Bought new TV after previous TV went out after 4 years. Had 5 year extended warranty and received full price due to having this coverage!

I purchased this 5-yr protection plan for my new TV. My purchase was recently, so I have not had to use this protection plan just yet; but I have used the Geek Squad before, and they know how to get the job done.

Great TV! I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a smart TV at a good price.

Consumer gurus opine that a having a service plan is a waste of money. The Best Buy plans are affordable, so I feel more comfortable having it than sweating the breakdown of my BB product and paying for repairs.

This was a good way for me to protect my investment, since I purchased a tv for a guest room with limited use, I don't have time to run it to see if there are any issues. At least I can exchange for 5 years.

I ordered a 32 in tv. The item I purchased was smaller than what I know a 32-inch tv to be. After reading the description I realized the Tv was a 32 inch diagonally, which didn't make sense to me because we don't view TV diagonally. The description and size were very misleading to customers that doesn't know much about TVs. I wouldn't order anything else from best buy. They are very careless, and they don't pay attention to detail. The delivery person had to call to get the apartment number to deliver the tv because it was omitted from the label. Upon receiving the Tv there was another sticker on it with someone else's name on it. The delivery person said he didn't know why it was there. I called Best Buy and he put in a replacement order because I thought it was a mistake and they put the wrong tv in the box. The same tv came. The tv is smaller than the 32 inch I already have. They made the delivery pickup for UPS to pick up the first tv package and didn't put the apartment number on that either after I repeated the address and apartment number several times. I had to call UPS and that when I found out the reason why the tv hadn't been picked up. This over all experience has been a headache and disaster and I will think several times before I order any electronics from here again, especially online.

Last time i had a tv n had to us manufacturers qarranty it took almost 2 years to get my tv back. Then it just showed up one day when i no longer meeded it. Best buy warranty is great they just replace it

Installed on entertainment center so no issues there. Does everything we thought it would do for the space. Great for bright room.

I purchased this with my new 4K TV, but I haven't had to contact them yet. I have faith they will be there to assist if I need it. Best Buy has been consistent for me in providing assistance when needed.
