This extended warranty makes me feel safer than my last extended warranty from my auto dealership

purchased this for my TCL tv. Have not used but I have incase anything should happen in the next 5 years.

Fortunately I got a working TV and have not had to test the warranty yet, but this tv will get used a lot in our bedroom so I got the warranty for 30.00. If it quits the cashier said I could just replace it for a year then they will fix it or refund my money when something happens.

I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

insurance is import for your belongs, i would not leave the store with out purchasing it.

This service is a must when you buy a BIG tv. They will pick it up and bring you a new one Mine is 100” and heavy

I did have to have tv replaced due to a faulty audio port. It was a painless, quick process. the extended warranty gives me peace of mind.

We had a 5-yr plan w/ our previous TV and it really paid off when it went out and was unrepairable. Thank goodness we purchased the plan. Customer Service staff was so helpful, the GQ was awesome and BB has earned a customer for life.

Can’t go wrong with this coverage.Even a minor repair would likely far exceed the cost of the coverage. Based on knowledge and professional activity installing the television, I am confident that any repair would go seamlessly (hopefully this will be moot)

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Guest services is always amazing over the phone and in person at the store. Using geek squad and making claims for warranties was made to be a smooth transaction for sure! Additionally the total tech membership is so worth every penny!

When covering electronics items that are difficult to have repaired getting the GeekSquad warranty is a must. For the cost it can save the purchase value of the item covered. It has allowed me to upgrade one of my items with a much more capable replacement.

Purchased this warranty with my son's 43 inch Insignia tv. His tv went out within a year of purchase, and after I contacted customer service to let them know they did honor my warranty but let me know since I was getting a new item I would have to repurchase the warranty.
