Great product to perfect my products if there was yo happen

Exellent! So glad I did this. Pros fast, came out and diagnosed within a week, replaced my tv great customer service stateside. WELL worth the cost. Cons call center transferred overseas dropped calls twice after long wait times. Couldnt purchase protection plan over the phone for replacement had to go into Best Buys store to repurchase.

They were backed up so I had my son in law install and set TV up

I would never not have this extended warranty. I’ve used it many times and it made me feel very confident to continue to purchase these by the way they handle problems.

Our challenging time on the Laptop or Internet are swift and rewarding with the answer to my dilemma! Jason, the GM, always helps me as well. TV was pricy but has a great picture and works just fine. I wanted to hook up RCA stereo jacks from my stereo and this TV would do it by use of the ear phone jack. Many of the new TV's won't let you connect RCA jacks but Sony does! Streaming TV shows and 1080 or better cable look fantastic! The only thing I was disappointed about was it went on sale the day after I was eligible for price match. Literally went on sale the next day that would have saved me $50.00.

Love this Samsung brand! The picture quality I second to none and this deal came at a perfect time. My brother and sister’s tv broke and this the perfect replacement option. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm hoping that years down the road I will look back and say this was a well decided upon option that I never had to use. I like what all coverage this Geek Squad Protection offers beyond the manufactures warrantee. It wasn't a pressure sell item presented to me, but something I was interested in purchasing before ever making my TV puchase. As mentioned, I hope never to have to take Best Buy up on it, but it's pure peace of mind if I have to.

Love purchasing yheir insurance. Always feel like I'm in good hands in case of an accident.

Very excellent and great work. I took in my laptop computer that was all messed up and yes they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long. If you don’t have it get it.

Haven't had the need to use this service, but it's always good to have that extra safety net.

This is a great (refundable) option if you want protection. Bought it for my last TV and when we relocated and left the TV behind, Best Buy prorated my refund and I got a good chunk of change back, so my warranty fee wasn't wasted on something I no longer owned! Great way to go for peace of mind protection.

Purchase protections plans selectively. When I've had an issue replacement easy.

This purchase was a great idea when buying my laptop.

Nice alternative to the usual one year warranty. We had a laptop we bought once that didn’t have it and the screen stopped working just out of warranty. In the long run, it’s worth the extra charge for peace of mind.

This very much helps a lot when you have big purchases. You need to protect your products at all times and geek. Squad protection is very helpful.

If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.

I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!
