Well worth the money for this plan. A few years after buying the TV the picture went out.. Geek Squad came to the house in two days. Couldn’t fix the TV so they gave me a new replacement TV. No charge. I will also by their service..

I like the sense of security you get by having the geek squad warranty

So worth the added investment I am replacing a 65" TV that was previously covered by an extended warranty,I normally never buy them but luckily I did. The TV picture started to fail and after 4 years it was still covered under the extended warranty although I admit the process took time they reimbursed me for the original full purchase price.

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

We have had Geek Sqad for several years. Love that we can cover all of our devices. Any issues just take it in and drop it off. very quick and professional.

I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.

Professional Service explaining how to properly setup tv

I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!

Bought the protection plan incase the unthinkable happens to an open box item

Best buy was AWESOME! My 85" TV died after 3 years, and Best Buy was GREAT to deal with on the replacement.

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

if you buy oled and qd oled like me u need this! they cover dead pixels and burn in enough said is a no brained decision u will have dead pixels and it will come in handy

I have this service (hopefully, I'll never need to use it) just in case I need their help with my product after the initial manufacturer's warranty is expired. In the event that may happen, I was told by Best Buy employees that the Geek Squad assistance will be straightforward and easy to use.

They are great. Very Helpful. I love the 24/7 support they have. My son threw somthing at my tv but because I have the protection I can get the TV fixed.
