honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

The agents were very professional , they were also very informative with any questions I had for them throughout the set up . The agents were also fast paced with the set up so that’s always a ten . Last but not least the insurance policy coverage is outstanding for a reasonable price

I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

We were reluctant to purchase the Geek squad service but so glad we did. We have need help several times and we also purchased a new TV and it is covered with 2 day shipping. Love it!

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

Took great care of me when my tvs had issues. You do have to send in for repair first which was annoying but I got two new TVs in the end.

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.
