I haven't had to use the extended warranty yet but I would give it a 4 out of 5 because of it's price. Here's to hoping I will never need to use it.

They came to unmount and try to repair my tv they were very knowledgeable and had great customer service

the coverage you receive for this is well worth the money. of course if you buy with a credit card compare the coverage before purchasing.

Every time I buy something from Best Buy I purchase the Geek Squad protection. If they can't fix it they'll replace it. No false promises.

I PRAY that this warranty I purchased is the best. The price was a little bit more than I wanted to pay. However, we will see if I need it. How it will work out for me.

@ Was easy to contact for assistance with computer for use. Pull up was easy employee loaded my car.

I guess life comes with plenty uncertainties but I’d say unless the product being bought is expensive and refurbished you could opt in. That’s what I did for the refurb Samsung tv I got.
