Haven't used the 5 year warranty yet but it was a good price for an LED tv. Hope I don't have to test the service.

Has severe limitations. Read all of the details first. Too many loopholes for Best Buy to get out of it if you don't have an excellent understanding of ALL the rules. Buyer Beware

Great to know it's protection is available If we need it. As of yet haven't had to use it yet. Great feature that they come to us if there is an issue due to its size.

Fortunately, I haven’t used needed to use it, but based on the agreement I feel that the Geek Squad will be there when I need them!
