Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

I love the 2 year replacement option better, it's not offered on the TV's. I've gotten 2 out of 3 bad TV's from Best Buy in the last 5 years and had I not purchased this, I would have been out my money. I suggest if you are buying a TV, just pay the extra cash and get a good named brand one like Samsung or Vizio. DO NOT go with the Toshiba or Hisense TV's, they SUCK and you are throwing your money away.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it
