Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

Always worth getting the protection plan! A piece of my vacuum broke off many years later and I got a full refund in store credit.

I purchased this for my new Hisense TV. The TV died in 6 weeks and when I called the Geek Squad I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer for the first year of the warrenty. This is understandable. The Geek Squard member was very nice. My issue was when I tried to cancel it my refund was prorated.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise

This gives me piece of mind for 5 years of my TV should have any issues. The price was very cost effective for the term I'm receiving. Very good deal!

I have the geek squad service haven't had to use it as of yet. But I am confident they would take care of my problems. It's just good to know that you have them there if you need them. I know someone who has The Geek Squad service. And they say they took care of all their problems. Rated five-star

Had an issue with a new tv, nothing to do with Best Buy, from the factory. They were very responsive and reliable. Very helpful and reactive. Glad I paid for the service.

We would never buy a TV without a protection plan. On a previous TV we bought years ago, it came in handy. It wasn't able to be fixed and the plan let us replace it with a new TV. All we had to pay was the difference between the two TVs and a new protection plan. Was well worth the extra money for us for that situation

Cashed my last 5 year warranty in when 75” TV had a bad motherboard. Purchased again. It’s 20% insurance that something will happen in five years to a very complicated electronic. Becoming more and more a required cost of ownership.

I have not used the Geek Squad for the TV , I am relieved to know they are a call away. I did use the Geek Squad for my computer an its was SUPER easy and fast!

Love the geek squad. The 2 gentlemen sent up all my electronics in a timely manner and moved everything for us. They were both congenital and informative. They also answered all my questions. It was so much easier to have all my new electronics set up because there was so many wires. I highly recommend geek squad.

Would not purchase anything without it. But of course i hope i never have to use it! But it's nice to know my back is covered.

I haven't needed a Geek Squad associate to fix my TCL p605, which I bought the extended warranty for. However, I do have the confidence in knowing that if something goes wrong, a Geek Squad member will come by my home to fix my TV, if something does happen to it. And, if it CANNOT be fixed, I'll get a refund or replacement. Plus, I know some people, who have used the warranty and love it.
