Allows for peace of mind especially with OLED panels and their risk of burn in

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

It is great that the Geek Squad is available when you have problems. My TV kept freezing. They came out and determined the problem. Got parts and installed. When this did not fix the problem, they gave me the option of returning my year old TV for a full refund of the TV, tax, and 4/5 of my Geek Squad. I then bought a brand new TV with better features. Great service!

The Geek Squad are attentive and they know what they are doing. I always go to them when I have any trouble with my electronics.

Took out the 2 year protection because of past mistakes I did not purchase it and it resulted in the need to buy another 75" tv.

This is a new TV so we haven't had to call geek squad on it. But I bought a TV for another family member recently, and purchased the geek squad protection. It was well worth it they came out to their apartment and took care of the issue. It was a factory defect and Best Buy stood behind The geek squad coverage

so easy to set up that my children set up, set up the channel the way was want them.

Purchased over a year ago and still going strong. No lines or bad leds Would purchase again! Recommend this item.

Absolutely the best aftermarket warranty program you can get. I have had to call on them several times with faulty TVs (especially Samsungs) and they stepped up and replaced the faulty units quickly and without any hassles.

I haven't needed their services yet, but the warranty seems outstanding.

Really comes in handy for technical difficulties and saves a lot of money when in need of a replacement. Very informal and patient.

Mounting was already in place. This is a replacement television and a birthday present for my grandson.

This worked for me on the last tv I bought. Had it for about 4+ years and then screen went blank. Best buy was going to send tv off and have it fixed, but the tv was so cheap, they gave me my money back, less cost of protection plan. Since they do not sell the model I returned.

Simply put... I appreciate the way getting me a new workable television was handled, and I further appreciate the young lady who went above and beyond (I feel) to set my mind at ease. Kudos!!!

The warranty is a great comfort regarding both of these issues: We live quite a ways away and our summers are hot.

This warranty covers my new TV for 5 years! While many see these warranties as a waste of money, I would rather not take the chance on having to buy a new replacement, as my last TV stopped working after 3 years. Good investment!

I always add Geek Squad protection to my Bestbuy purchases over $150 that I expect to last me 2+ years. I have been a Bestbuy customer for many years, and got to meet a few of Geek Squad teams at different branches of the store. They're knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.

5 years is unbelievable. That means I will still have a warranty when I get out of prison.
