awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup

Extended warranty works with BB. Fulfilled their obligation to replace or repair towards the end of purchased warranty.

The 5 year protection plan was offered and honored without any problems in an expeditious manner.

High end tv’s are expensive and I have had bad luck with other brands high end tv and want to protect my investment. I will be sad for waisting the money if in 5 years nothing goes wrong but I would cry if I have spent another 2500 on a tv and it breaks in 2 years with no coverage. Protection well worth it

I would definitely get this just in case if you need them.

Spending significant money on a TV, I rest easier knowing I'm covered for 5 years!

I am technologically illiterate and I have to go to the Geek Squad many times to ask what they probably feel are stupid questions. They are always polite and help me with my problems. I go to the Gravios Bluffs store in St. Louis and they usually fix my problem right in front of me while I wait.

Purchased 5 year warranty that was to expire in Dec 2020 when we bought our Visio television in 2015 and we started having trouble with other and the company sent by the Geek Squad couldn’t fix it we got a 65” Visio and repurchased a new warranty on the new tv

The agents brought the TV upstairs with no complaints

I always purchase the service when Buying a TV. I have purchased Geek Squad 2 times. Used it twice and have been over all happy with the service. They replaced a prior TV. Repaired another TV. The parts and labor were almost as much as the tv itself.

Excellent TV. Best Buy always has the best prices and services.

The tv we bought did not work at all after trying for hours. We called Geek Squad and they came out the next week and are ordering a part for the TV and will come back to install it. The guys were fast and very friendly.

I do not buy any electronic device without buying a Geek Squad Protection Plan. It's nice to be worry free for 5 years. I have owned several Insignia products in the past and I have yet to have one fail, but I play it safe and protect them anyways.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

Although we probably didn’t need this, we purchased it so we have confidence if we had any issues in the future. Always good to have the geek squad available when you need them.

Got this 55” tv on deal of the day and I gotta say it has a way nicer picture than my previous 65” tv. Sony Oled has never disappointed me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a much bigger one.
