Includes burn in protection, 5 years is great for early oled tech that still have a small risk of burn in. I’ll be fully utilizing this if any burn in or dead pixels arise.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

Well worth the extra protection. My TV went out after 3 years and 5 days; I thought I only had a 3-year service contract but found out I had a 5-year. Replaced and reinstalled a new TV without any hassle.

I always purchase an extended warranty on products I purchase from Best Buy. In the past if the product fails I would return the damaged product back to the store without any hassle at all. They would either exchange, refund or order me something newer if the old product had been discontinued. I rated the extended warranty a 4 because Best Buy extended warranty is a little higher than Sam's extended warranty on televisions or some other electrical products.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

They were able to diagnose the problem on the phone and able to come out to fix the problem in 2 days.

When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

The extra protection plan is worth it on high dollar items. I've had a TV fail after a year, Routers die etc. Call them up or take it to the store and change it or refund with no hassle.

I read great things about Geek Squad protection for OLED TVs. I got a G3 77 inch recently and this is super critical as backup just in case.
