I haven't had to use them since I haven't had issues with my products but I can at least sleep easy knowing that it won't cost near as much to repair the item if something does go wrong.

It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.

I'd never purchase a large appliance or entertainment equipment without also purchasing the extended warranty as well. The piece of mind of knowing your items are covered is well worth the money spent

Great to have the extra protection. Had to use it for my last TV-not a Sony. Got full refund and bought the Sony TV

If you don't like manufacturers' warranties, best buy has a great price ... it's better since you can make an appointment and the technicians go to your house to check what is the problem with your device ... very good investment

The agents were nice and friendly. They helped me setup my tv with ease within 30 minutes. They were quick and professional about it. I would highly recommend having geek squad help with setting up your TV. It worth it

I bought the extended warranty for our 65” TCL Google Q6 tv really cheap insurance if anything happens to our tv.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them
