We got this protection for our 55 in flat screen tv. We have three kids so getting a protection plan was a must. One little mishap could destroy the TV and knowing I'm protected makes me have a sense of safeness with my investment.

I haven't had to use the protection plan but it gives me peace of mind knowing that my very expensive TV is covered for 5 years if anything go wrong.

The cashier was lazy and use my coupon toward the warranty instead of TV. The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.

When you buy a large ticket item for your new home its always good to protect your purchase

I obtained the 5 year warranty because we were purchasing a brand of tv that we have never owned before. I hope we will not have to use it, but we feel that if we do Bestbuy will make things right.

5 Year Standard Geek Squad Protection has been a money saver in the past when it comes to the latest in electronic equipment. It seems like the more features in electronics the more susceptible to being harmed. So it can be worth it for expensive items.

I Buy all my Appliances And electronics from best buy because always have great customer service and if you compare the price for the extended warranty Best Buy has the best price along with no hassle if you ever need to use your extended warranty that is why I been a customer at best buy for twenty years.

I hope to never need it but if my expensive tv dies hopefully geok squad will be there to live up to the promises

Had protection on old TV. When it failed after 3 years, Geek Squad replaced with new same model TV. No questions or hassle.

The first year if this warrenty does not include Geek Squad until the Mfg's warrenty is over. They don't tell you that in the store. The Mfg rep is very hard to get ahold of to get support and they won't come to your house, just come in thru the internet. That doesn't help if the problem is intermittent.

Love it love it! When working remotely from home it was so much easier then using a laptop. Love the screen size fit’s perfect on my little desk. I haven’t had any problem’s with it so far.

Geek squad protection is a must wear any electronics Purchased at Best Buy you might think you don’t need it, until you do.

The best warranty. Couldnt fix the tv so it had to be replaced. They gave me my money back and i bought a new one.
