I haven't had to use this yet but I have complete peace of mind knowing that my TV is Geek Squad protected.

With today's electronics I wouldn't even take a chance without this warranty.(2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection ) . If something goes wrong with your purchase during that time they will take care of it. I myself will get the extended warranty when it comes up.

Geek squad is great but they do take their time to get to you

If it breaks they'll come out and fix it or replace, id say thats worth it

I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

I buy Geek Squad protection on all my major purchases at Best Buy. It is well worth the price. Got the five year plan for my new Samsung Q80A television. Nice to know my purchase is protected.

Unfortunately, I have had to use a Geek Squad protection plan a time or two and each time it was no hassle got my refund to purchase a new that same transaction. I've always bought a plan on my bigger more expensive products it and it's been well worth it each time I've had to use!

I recommend Geek Squad protection to protect the product. The only negative is that I wish that Best Buy would lower the price on the plan, back to where it used to be. I almost didn't buy the plan due to the high cost.

Purchased this when I purchased my Sony Tv... Low nd behold my tv that I bought 2 yrs ago decided it wasn’t gonna work anymore...so I was able 2 call geek squad 2 come out Nd take a look... best service ever

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

Love having this service. I use it for several item that I purchased. Great to have.
