Anytime we need something to get fixed they fix it right away. Right now it’s a long wait time but we understand.

We had to bring the TV in 3 times for issues. The last time they had to junk it and gave us a new one with absolutely no hassles. We've purchased the same warranty for this new one. Well worth the $59.99!

The tech who came to chat, Butch, was very willing and able to answer all my questions with very knowledgeable answers. I would not hesitate to chat with the squad again. Thanks for the service.
