Very happy we spent the money to have the Squad install our tv and sound bar. The install would have taken a lot longer if we had tried to do it ourselves and then we would have wondered if we had done everything correctly.

This item is great. I love it. I will purchase again from this store in the future ofcourse.

I always buy a warranty for my television! You may never know what could happen! I bought 5 tvs and had to use the warranty 2x it will take about less then a week to get a new TV as soon as you call

I purchased a plasma TV several years ago and it stopped working a couple months before the warranty ended. The plan ordered a new part and fixed my 5 year old TV making it essentially brand new. The one downside was it took about 2 months for them to get the part for the TV.

I like everything on my new samsung tv, including its sound system and the incredible picture on it.

I purchased the 5 Yr Geek Squad Protection Pan for my Purchase just incase the worst happens and I need to Repair or have the Item Replaced. In my Opinion I think it was expensive for a 5 Year Plan. Also, it has many Restrictions that is in Fine Print that it does NOT cover. But in my opinion I paid so much for my TV I wanted to be Safe and not sorry.

Great peace of mind for my purchase. Glad to know I have it just in case.
