I purchased this replacement plan with a Christmas gift and I’m glad I did in case something happens I have not had to use it.

I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. I have had to use them a couple of times, but they were always helpful ad able to either fix the problem or replace the product. Well worth the money.

Not sure yet as I have yet to use my protection plan. It was a bit expensive. 300 for 5 years. I don’t usually buy protection plans, but since I spent nearly 1400 on a tv, I figured I would get the plan JUST in case...

Everything works and is functionable and is described as per description. Best Buy with the win.

Great protection plan. Gives me peace of mind that if anything goes wrong they will replace it. That's why I buy from Bestbuy specifically for the protection plan.

Geek Squad is the best option to protect you electronics they replace it or give you your money back to buy others things or the same product

Sure, it a little expensive for TVs, but on the fifth year, I had to use it, and they were able to get me into a new best in class OLED Sony!!
