If you're looking to get a protection plan make sure you start off with 1 or 2 year if you get a long-term warranty even if your product goes out after 6 months you have to purchase a new warranty for whatever product they replace your bad one with

When I broke my tablet from a drop geek squad replace it and the second one accidental drop was happy to replace it, but if you get a 1 TB device it takes time to come in

The price for the 5year protection is very affordable and the terms are grate.

I normally don't have any problems with the products that I buy at BestBuy(not an employee) Lol, but it's nice to know that I'm covered just in case that something does goes wrong. The warranty prices are descent and thank God I still haven't used one yet.

Best appliance warranty you'll ever buy! If they can't fix it they'll replace it in no time. Even if they don't carry the item years later they will give you a comparable item of the same value you paid.

The agent is very responsive to our product. when our remote control does not work well, they try to replace it. When the pat is not available, they even send a new TV to us.

With these high tech TVs it's possible this type of coverage will come in handy, it sure did for a previous 70inch Sharp Aquos TV that I had to return. I now have this coverage for 2 recent large screen purchases. I would not risk a purchase now without it

I had an issue with the TV remote. The staffer that assisted me was great; he was patient with my questions. Very friendly and professional. Was able to solve the issue immediately.

I got a 75in and in just over a year it showed damage. I made a claim and got my problem fixed the same day

Like most insurance, you pay for it and hope you never have to use it. Is it worth it for peace of mind? It is for me. Considering how much the insured item cost me to buy, to have it covered is worth it to me. Just consider it part of the price tag.

Great add on service. I haven’t had any issue with my appliances so I haven’t had to use it full yet. But it does bring peace of mind if something was to happen.
