I love geek squad replacement programs. I use them often when I have issues with my products I get a store credit and pick a new product is great! Recommend everyone purchase.

They helped me to setup a fit bit watch and transfer my information from the old computer to the new computer.

I typically don’t do extended warranties or service plans but when it comes to a large purchase I tend to have a change of heart. Geek squad has all around been great to us and the peace of mind is worth the extra chunk of change!

Had an opportunity to use the Gerk Squad Protection. My TV had an intermittent problem. When the service guys came out to my home my TV was working fine. The technicians replace the defective part and I haven’t had a n issue since.

Another insurance purchase. I use to not get these, but it seems that each item I get on for, I don't have problems with it. Okay if that's what it takes for trouble free items.....

Absolutely alway's purchase Geek Squad support & extended support with all my technical devices , most manufacturer warranties fall short on/with technical support and Geek Squad alway's offer quality alternatives & recommendations .

I always recommend getting the extended warranty through Best Buy, that way you can take the product to a Best Buy if you have any issues, instead of dealing with the manufacturer.

I can’t say anything negative about this Geek Squad protection. It’s the best protection for any of your prize appliances or electronics. You totally understand once you have to use it.

I used on my past electronic purchases and it was great.

I haven't had to use this warranty yet. But it gives you a safe feeling knowing if something goes wrong. If you ever drive what it cost to fix a flat screen tv, you will be shocked.

Haven't had to use them very much, which is a good thing, but the little i have used them, they are very professional, and able to fix the problem as fast as they could

I always buy warranties from Best Buy. They make my life a lot easier if an accident happens.

Overall my experience was awesome with my tv replacement, my TV went out and I had no problem resolving the issue with guidance from the team and purchase of warranty.

Added this but didnt end up needing to use it but would recommend
