Nice piece of mind for a big purchase. I'm not one to love warranties, but in certain situations it is well worth it.

It covered my old TV and helped purchase a replacement. Setup was a great bonus.

I am so glad that I bought the protection plan! I only had the tv for four months and pixels blew on it, without the 2 year protection plan I wouldn't have been able to get this fixed! But it was hassle free and worth the money!

The agents mounted my TVs and connected it all together. They were very polite and professional. And they did a superb job.

What can you say about a warranty. If you don’t like broken electronics it’s always nice to get a warranty so the repair is a fraction of the cost

Great price for added protection from issues. I got this plan for 5 years, what a deal! And since it was for a large tv, Best Buy will come to my home! Can’t beat that!

It is what it is. There if you need it, hope to not use it. I have had this plan on older TVs in the past and had to use it and the process was seamless.

I brought the Hisense 70" Tv and it was working fine until it started blinking in and out and finally it will not come on at all. The sad part about it the TV quit working 2 weeks after the 2 year protection plan expired. I thought that we would get some kind brake or grace period but they told me I was just stuck with the repairs! 2 weeks? I think I should have been given a break!

They came out said nothing's wrong but American home shield sent a Sony tech out through allstate and found the main board to be bad and they had a scanner to connect directly best buy techs just winged it

It is very simple: For any electronic today, subscribing to a protection plan is necessary. I have used before and it has resolved my issues with the devices covered.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and help me with the issue with my TV and directed me on what I needed to do.

This is new technology for me. But I love the picture and sound quality and all the different choices of movies and providers at my fingertips.
