Haven't had need to use this yet, and hopefully won't have to. But with other Geek Squad Protection Plans I have always been more than satisfied with the results.

This is a great $ saving program for those of us who are tech challenged. Had an issue with sound and remote set up for TV. Geek squad came promptly and fixed the problem with no charge as it was within 60 days of purchase.

Great tv, it is very clear and i love it on the wall.

When you buy a product from best buy you should buy the geek squad warranty, It is very useful especially if your product stops working for some unknown reason you can take it back and they will either fix it or replace it.

Purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty for the Insignia 42” TV. Good price for the extended warranty.

I was able to get this warranty at a fraction of the price since the tv I got with it was heavily discounted. So far so good. I hope I dont ever need to use it but its the peace of mind that you purchase just in case anything happens.

I purchased this protection with the above Samsung TV and wall mount. The previous TV had problems after purchased and was finally replaced with a new Samsung TV with the protections.

Have had this before and it's well worth the price.

Have never needed to use it. BUT... It's better to Have one and not need it, than to Not have one when you do need it. Always opt for a good warranty or service product

So glad we know we have a minimum of five years of zero problems with our new TV. The cost was minimal being less than Squaretrade would have been when purchased with the Geek Squad installation, and better coverage. Thank you Best Buy!

I used the expanded five-year plan because I had to replace a 55 inch LG TV that was only three and a half years old

I purchased a 5 year warranty and the geek squad were top notch

I got the warranty on my electronics to avoid any hassles post purchase and so far the product has been great and therefore no complaints. Even though I have not had to use this service, the fact that I have this service gives me a peace of mind.

I always get the protection plan because if the problem i had with a tv in the past. It was repaid until nothing could be done then replaced.
