Husband would never let me get the insurance till one time we got it on an item of his. This item actually broke and This insurance took care of it with 0 questions asked, Awesome

They cover everything except accidental damage. Understandable for their risk involved but this as is is still a good value. $80 for 5 years extended manufacturers warranty is still great. If they can't fix it then they will replace it.

It’s great It’s hard to find a good warranty these days in the past I have use this after the manufactures warranty there’s no more and the TV stopped working and Best Buy replaced it

Good protection plan better than any other i have ised before i always buy it when buying a new device

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

I will always purchase the protection plan from Best Buy. I had a past TV which had an issue and Best Buy honored the plan. I got a new replacement TV. It was easy and they walked me through every step. Very satisfied!!

The $350 purchase price of the TV brought the geek squad protection program down to $50 for five years good value in peace of mind

This warranty is very beneficial because if something were to happen , for example water damage the the tv. If they can't fix it then they will replace it with a new one. It's good especially if you have kids and they play with the electronics.

Great TV! Light weight and color resolution is amazing

The agent was able to remotely install the drivers for my printer on my pc. They were supposed to be installed with the original purchase, so kind of a net net zero.

Whenever I have a problem, the geeks squad is always on top of it. The staff has very good customer service skills, which is a plus in this pandemic area.

I’ve had Geek Squad protection on many, many products. In those are events that I have had to use it, the service has been stellar and able to resolve the issue in short order or I was provided with a replacement.

I haven’t had to make use of my Geek squad protection plan as of yet but based on the description of the plan, it seemed too good to pass up. Hopefully if I ever have any issues, bestbuy will honor this plan with little to no hesitation.
