    I always buy the protection for electronics and Best Buy has honored them in the past. I have not had to use this one thus far.

    This is a good protection to have on your tv. Because when I got it it had a crack in the screen and I called best buy and they replaced it in 2 days .

    They are very helpful and professional. We had the install our tv and soundbar. Did a great job. There was an issue that crept up and we were able to schedule a reinstall with no problems.
