I love my new TV, but I am even more glad to have a pretection plan on it

This is for my Dyson vacuum it works great but service is horrible never would have thought Best Buy would be so bad and I purchased extra warranty it has been there 15 days now and can’t reach no one I would not recommend buying anything there

The agent installed my TV mount,TV on the wall, Receiver, link master remote and set up the sound output for the system. He did a awesome job.

Geek squad is helpful, informative and accessible. For the high ticket items GS are the best at helping you resolve issues.

Great to have and great price. Worth getting it especially when it’s for the kids

Havent need this service. But its definitely recommended.

Little bit of a headache problem with the logistics side of getting everything set up to repair my tv, but ultimately the repairman was extremely nice very flexible and was able to help me get my TV fixed.

Purchased as added protection for a 65” Quantum tv. Haven’t had to use yet and hoping I don’t have to, but you never know.

I recommend the plan since you are covered for longer then the manufacturer gives you

bought the warranty cause my brother sony bravia went out on him in a month and a half good thing he bought warranty just to cover his behind or he would be out a lot of money

Always super easy to arrange and always worth getting insurance with tech. You never know exactly what could be wrong or could go wrong.

Hopefully i dont have to use it because something broke.

They did have to come a few times to fix our tv, they were always knowledgeable and courteous! I am so glad we made this purchase!

I always make sure to purchase insurance on all of my Best Buy purchases. They make sure to always offer it on check out which is always nice. I would definitely recommend to everyone to have.

I always purchase the 5 year warranty with Geek Squad on higher end electronics for peace of mind and in home repair.

Best Warranty in the business! HIGHLY recommend! I would not buy a new TV without this warranty. They will be with you when you need them.
