Never thought I would need it, but sure enough..I did! The claim process was quick and easy and everyone I dealt with was awesome!

I am only two months into the five year, but I have had to make two calls to the Geek Squad and both times the agents were very friendly and helpful.

Just this coverage does not cover breakage to device itself only internal system.
