I have this service (hopefully, I'll never need to use it) just in case I need their help with my product after the initial manufacturer's warranty is expired. In the event that may happen, I was told by Best Buy employees that the Geek Squad assistance will be straightforward and easy to use.

They are there to help always with any problems you have.

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

It was not very expensive to add the extra warranty.

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

Always get the protection plan. It’s worth it because you never know with how stuff is built these days

We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.
