When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!

Get the geek squad warranty with the the TV this was the reason I got it cause my old series 6000 was replace with my new 7000 cause of this warranty.

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.

Best Buy backed the product. It was a cheap DVD player so the plan was about $10. It quit after a year so I took it back. They looked it up and said no problem, you are covered. Go back to the shelf and get a new one, we don't repair that model. Naturally, I picked a different brand that was the same price. Changing brands was not a problem and I walked out with my new player.

I bought a protection plan for a previous TV. When it started acting up, I called, they came, they replaced. It was awesome. No problems, no runaround. Got a credit for full purchase price as they were unable to fix and I got a new TV and another protection plan.

hope not to have to use it. Ask me again in 4-1/2 years!

TV has worked great. We set it up quickly on arrival day and have been using it with no problems since. We use it as a bedroom TV and volume is VERY loud only at 5-15 (there are little times we go over 15). Very satisfied with the TV, would definitely recommend it.

TVs are great i e had for 2 yrs (knocking on wood as i say this) i have had no problems with them at all. Awesome picture quality and great volume. Easy to set up to internet and even easier to set up chrome cast for family movie night.

The agents knew what they were doing which was a pleasant surprise. Installed item for my elderly Mother without and issue.

My computer froze up and I really needed it complete my taxes. I made an account, set up the Geek Squad Membership, and in less than an hour I was back in business.

I haven’t had to use it yet. I did get the 5/6 year plan. Just in case.
