When we purchased our new product, we also wanted Best Buy's 5-year protection plan. So far (thankfully) we have not required it, yet it is comforting to know the protection plan is available.

Have yet to use this feature but definitely feel at ease knowing it’s there when or if needed.

I have used the Geek squad service before and I had a good experience; they took care of my issue in a timely manner!

Great peace of mind for new OLED TV. Don't have to worry about burn-in for 5 years.

A must have with any product over $50. I never but anything without getting the extra warranty for it. Geek squad is most definitely the best extra warranty you can get.

Bought this 5 year warranty for a good price gives me protection in case something goes wrong with my new tv.

So glad I got this. TV broke, Geek Squad came out next day, couldn't fix it so they replaced the TV. Bonus - the TV I originally purchased was no longer available so they upgraded the TV and restarted my 2 year warranty with the new one.

It's great to have the piece of mind this is there in case of anything.

So far so good as my tv for protection plan. But I have had before those tv without protection die out. And I thought let me have protection plan this time.

Geek Squad offers great protection at a fair price. Love knowing that we don't have to worry if we have an issue with our tv.

Have never had any major issues with my computer, however they have always been very helpful minor fixes and simple questions. I’m not a computer Geek so they are very helpful.
