geek.squad is amazing it saves you money i highly recommend it to a friend.

I took my laptop in thinking it was at the end of life geek squad professionals explain to me that if you wipe delete the old information laptop will work like new they added new virus software works fine took approximately three days and as promised they delivered I’m very pleased with their service

worth the money. all electronics are made NOT TO LAST these days. usually about 3-4 yrs. so these warranties are excellent

I bought this for my mother when she had her new TV set up. She has already used it and the service has been great. I think they helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the TV and have helped with other functional things she did not know how to do. Very happy with service.

Getting started wasn't so bad. There were many downloads but I was able to get through a few of them. Still not finished with these setups just yet. I hope I don't need the Geek Squad, but if I do...

When I call Geek Squad and told them that the delivery man just came and dropped off the TV without helping me set it up, they told me not to worry that he would have them turn around to help me set it up, and that put my mind at ease that I made the right decision but getting this warranty.

I read several review for the tv I was about to purchase and there were some problems. The people had the geek squad protection and noted the timeliness and ease of replacing the troubled product with the protection plan. So I purchased it. I hope I do not have to use it but am glad I have it.

It’s always nice to have that extra peace of mind for any of life’s unecpected moments. 5 years is definitely worth the extra cost.

The price was very cheap for the coverage. It was around $20 for two years.

Got this just in case, never been happier. Got this for our TV and safe to say it's nice to have. Haven't had any issues with it

little problem with color and picture it was replace it in 2day.Technician came the next day.

About 15 months after purchasing my 65 inch Hisense TV it developed a problem. Periodically, I would have to unplug the TV and then plug it back in in order to get it to turn on. The Geek Squad was unable to secure the parts necessary to correct this problem, so they delivered and installed a new TV. I was very pleased with this outcome and the prompt service.

I was a fool for not buying this service before so i made sure that I did so this time. Eventhough my TV is rated well in quality and lifespan you just never know

Have yet to use it, and I hope I don't have to! My TV arrived in great condition and I am barely home to use it, so hopefully I won't ever break it! It's there for peace of mind

Have purchased peak squad warranties in the past, and I’ve always been satisfied.

2 year protection plan is great! I don't normally need them, as after doing a bit of research helps me buy a quality product, but if something does happen....you get a gift card for the actual cost of the item that no longer functions to be used for whatever you want from Bestbuy!

Excellent product and I will continues to buy electronics from best buy and fantastic customer service representatives.
