First I bought a top-of-the-line LG TV and I didn’t get a warranty because I didn’t think I would need it with a beautiful TV as that. sure enough 11 months into the TV the back light tube went out. And it would’ve costed more to fix than it would be to buy a new one so I bought a new TV this time I paid $80 for five year warranty which I thought was stupid for doing until 4 years later when the TV broke and thank god I got that $80 Warranty cuz it saved my but. so if you’re going to spend all that money on a nice TV I can promise u it’s well worth every extra penny to get a warranty. Even if just for peace of mind alone

I got this protection for my first tv, when it broke and could not be repaired. A $799.99 They gave me my choice of a new tv of the same amount of money. So, when I got my new TV, I took the same Protection on my new tv. A very good deal.

I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

I buy the geek squad warranty when it makes the most sense, usually when I spend a significant amount of money, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year.

We always purchase the Best Buy Protection Plan on all our items. No Hassle, No Worries. We have used it several times.

I had an issue with the screen on a 65" OLED LG television. The television was inspected by a technician and was replaced at no charge. I am a very satisfied customer.

We recently bought a pc and cellphones. Best Buy has competitive pricing on products. We plan on getting an appliance in the near future and the 10% credit on this purchase can be forwarded to the appliance if we signed up for an in store card. I was uncomfortable this when it was necessary to provide my SS# and drivers license. Still hoping this all works out, we get the discount promised to us, and Best Buy data base doesn't get hacked.

A warranty that you want to have, security if you have a problem they will address quickly if there's a problem but I never had any problems with Samsung TVs.

I haven’t had to use the service yet, and only felt I needed it due to the nature of OLED screens. Hopefully if the time comes I need to use it, there won’t be any additional problems.
