I have purchased the Geek Squad for two items in my home. I am very pleased with the service I receive. I have not used my TV program as yet, since my TV is going very well. Geek Squad is for me.

Worth every penny. Protection with no hassle. BB is there for backup to those unpredictable QOS issues

I bought the policy for a new TV. I havent had to use the Geeksquad protection yet, and hopefully never have to, but its good to know that they will replace the TV is there are any problems that cant be fixed.

I had this service before and I would not buy a new TV without having this peace of mind! I feel protected and one time had to use it and got a new TV for $0! Highly recommend buying this service!

This is probably your best option. They was amazing.

Good starter 4k tv, basic lg tv thats easy to use and connect. WebOS could use some work

Bought a new Insignia TV for my daughter's grad gift and added Geek protection. Happy I made the investment and although she hasn't had to use it yet it's the security of replacement and repair that counts!

Geek squad insurance covers OLED burn in which is wonderful. I love the peace of mind that my devices will last a long time, thanks to geek squad.

Great deal for this item. Only had it a few months and works perfect for my multitasking tasks.

To me Geek Squad Protection is a must have. I want to know that if something goes wrong with my products that it will be fixed. I don't know much about computers so this purchase gives me peace of mind.

Bought the extra 5 years of protection for a very reasonable price (less than one repair on a damaged TV). I specifically bought the TV from Best Buy because of their local Geek Squad protection. The extended warranty was significantly cheaper than any online site I researched.

This protection plan is a great investment. I have used their services many times, and they either 1. Walk you through it 2. Fix it 3. Replace it.

I purchased the Geek Squad protection for A tablet and the charge port was damaged I called the asked me to come in and replace that with no questions asked quick knowledgeable prompt service.

Haven't used it yet so I really can't say anything about it. My dad has it and they've helped him lot's of times. This is why I got it
