I contacted the Geek Squad when setting up my new TV. They couldn't help but put me in contact with someone who could.

Have not had to use them on the Tnew TV yet. However, their work on my computers has been outstanding and I am sure they will be able to handle the TV problem, it one occurs. The contract is worth it!

I purchased this Geek squad protection for 2 years. All has gone well with my unit so I have not had any reason to use the service. Just Protection so far.

The best warranty protection ever made. Have yet failed me.

I have experienced trouble in one of the appliances I have bought in the past. Luckily, it was covered by warranty. Geek squad was quick and easy to respond to my claim.

I also get the service plans because of the wear and tear on the devices. Luckily we haven’t had to use them as of yet but I’d rather be safe than sorry!

Luckily I haven't had to use this yet, but I am confident that if I do, I will get great service like I have before in the past with Geek Squad Service.

Unused at this point but product is new. I purchased this due to the cost of the OLED TV and possible future repair issues.

I have not had to utilize this yet (thankfully). This does provide a sense of security and hopefully will be worth the additional cost if an issue arises.

We used this before and l can honestly say Best Buy actually honors their warranties! It’s the main reason we keep coming back to this store. Thank you!!!!

I have never had a problem with the 5 year warranty

I love my products from best buy. Most of them i get Geek Squad for. Ive only had to use their help once and they helped in a timely manner and were very nice.

They brought stove in and installed everything. Explained to me about stove.

Thought the price was reasonable for five years of protection. Good to have and glad that I got it. Highly recommended for peace of mind.

Haven’t needed it yet, but the price was so reasonable I couldn’t turn it down. I always have difficulty with electronics so I happily purchased it.
