Bought this protection plan for my 55” TV for extra added protection.

Great Smart TV, with a beautiful picture! The sound is constant, doesn't change with commercials or movies.

Haven't used yet but insurance is always a good thing to have just in case. It was also reasonable. Insuring my Hisense TV.

An ant died behind my screen (darn you, nature!). An agent came in a day or two and assessed the problem. Soon after a team came and took the old tv and replaced it. Due to the age of my TV, Samsung no longer makes them. The team did not set up the new tv, but I'm ok with it. The downside is that my original TV was replaced with one that was worth half the price. While the picture quality is good, its not equivalent to what I originally purchased. My current TV may be the last one I use an extended warranty for.

Good piece of mind and easy to set up. Took the 5 year plan, good coverage.

Nice to have the backup for my warranty on this item
