My son's tv went blank a year after purchasing it. I bought the 5 year warranty for the tv. I called geek squad and they told me that tv was not in stock. So they upgraded me to the next best tv available. Three days later the tv was delivered and they took the old tv back with them. Service was on point.

Best Buy has excellent customer service regarding their service plan protection. When used, they actually repair the issues or replace when needed.

Kelyn and another agent got my setup done quickly and with great skill and knowledge. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use the Squad service but if I do I will feel confident if they all are as knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Kelyn.

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!

The prices could be a little more reasonable in today’s economic hardships that everyone is dealing with worldwide, but overall best spots does a great job of servicing your products when you need them I wish it was a lot more easier to get somebody in a timely man and when you need service other than that, go forward

Get one. Had a Sharp TV several years ago. It started to die about 2 months before my extended warranty expired. Best Buy sent a technician to my home and when he found that he couldn't replace a defective part, BB refunded my original purchase price and even prorated what was left on the warranty.

LOVE my new tv. Great price, awesome and easy to use remote. It literally has everything in a smart tv that you would want. I like that even my non-techy grandma is able to easily navigate the tv/apps/and remotes. Also has voice search feature which is very convenient. It was super easy 1 step, push of a button to get my cable tv remote paired with the new tv. I loved that part because usually they have codes you have to fuss with and it takes too long or you don't have the code etc. I definitely recommend this TV!

Received brand new 75 inch Samsung TV with no delivery defects. Also received my purchase in anquick and timely manner. My new television produces a clear and ceisp picture with perfect smart app capabilities. I would highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a new television and for an affordable price.

The agents came out and mounted my tv and also connected all my devices, they were very prompt and courteous!

The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

When I purchased my new Samsung TV, I decided to pay the Geek Squad for delivery and installation. So happy I did. It did not take them much time to get everything up and working. They also reviewed and showed me all the different options that this TV has to offer. I'm not very techy, so it will take a little time to learn how to do everything quickly, but I will get there. Thank you to the (2) gentlemen from the Geek Squad for doing an amazing job and helping to understand all of its options.

If you buy a television or anything over 200 bucks I would definitely recommend getting a protection plan because without it. It's like throwing your money out the window, there are so many different manufacturers making products now you just don't know if your product will be any good or last. So I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

Love Geeksquad! They have never failed me. Super convenient and totally worth it. I’ve had to use them a handful of times over the last 15 years and such an easy process. Highly recommend.
