Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.

Geek squad has some of the best protection for customers. They’re one of the few businesses left that doesn’t treat their customer’s insurance/protection coverage like it’s a personal inconvenience to them, or operate it like a scam and not actually protect your purchase when you try to get them to honor it. I don’t usually opt for “protection” because it is usually a scam. I do at Best Buy though, because they’re known for actually honoring their protection agreements.

Ive always bought protection from Best Buy Geek squad. The swrvice was affordable and prompt when something is needed.

Geek Squad Service is a most have with todays products. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

5 year Geek squad protection is an important addtion to have when you buy a new TV. They will come to your house to fix it and if it can't be fixed they will replace the TV with a TV with dollar amount up to what you paid for the TV.

I always purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan on large purchases. I feel better with the Geek plan than the item's manufacturing warranty. When using the warranty through the manufacturer, many problems evolve: ie time for replacement/repairs, shipping the item to the manufacturer, communication, etc. I had to use my Geek Squad protection plan on two large purchases and I was highly satisfied with the results!

How do use it once for a completely different product and they took care of everything without hassle!

Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation

Tv arrived ahead of time with fast and friendly service. It's not a surprise, it's the reason I continue to shop with Best Buy.

Luckily enough, I haven't needed this yet. A 2 yr contract seemed like a decent deal. This is for any mechanical needs. I did not buy install package. My daughter set it up for me.

After doing research on televisions we purchased a LG 55 inch. Brought it back the next day, no hassle return too, because it was just too big for our small living room and the sound was not great either. We exchanged it for a 48 inch Sony Bravia TV. That was the best move we could have made. The picture is crisp, the sound is incredible from the built in speakers, much better than the LG, and it is a SMART TV also. Price was right too. I have to say also that the salesman who helped us was tremendous. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It's nice when you can get answers to questions you don't know to ask. We have never been fans of Best Buy, but I believe this whole experience turned us around. They really know their stuff. Thank You.....
