The Geek Squad Crew arrived on time. The were very considerate of our home. The wore shoe coverings. When they were finished they cleaned all the dust from hole drilling. Their installation of the TV quick, accurate and professional. After all the physical work was done, they spent almost 30 minutes showing and teaching my family how to use the new remote. They also showed the family all the new available features built into this TV.

I purchased this Protection Plan for my 8K TV. I think it is worth it because BestBuy gives me the opportunity to deal with them directly instead of mailing stuff or 3rd parties. Specially, I have the piece of mind that if my TV needs to be replaced I will receive a new one instead of a refurbished one (It has happened before). In that case I rather buy a new one than getting something that has different defects of the one that I turned in (Specially with phones, it has happened more than once).

Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

I purchased Geek Squad for a open box TV I purchased and I give me a since of comfort. I like knowing if i have any problems with a large expense item, its covered by professional technical associates. I've used geek squad services in the past with my laptop and their services helped me in the most necessary time, during college. Thank you Best Buy for having the a very reliable service, Geek Squad is great!

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

Definitely buy the product warranty. My father had the insurance on his tv, and after owning the tv for just over 4 years, the picture started to show grey lines in the picture. The tv couldn’t be fixed. Because he had the insurance, Best Buy issued a credit for the tv and we used it to buy a bigger and better tv for just a few dollars out of pocket! Buy the insurance!!

A must-have installation and set up was great connected everything including sound bar checked all connections and make sure everything was a great condition before leaving And I have the peace of mind known if anything goes wrong I am covered

It's an average protection plan and nothing else. Hopefully I'll never have to use. Bestbuy has lost touch with their loyal customer base in regards that they want to push That 179.99 a year Total Tech Plan every time you purchase an item and that's where you are automatically enrolled in a card blanche protection plan (FOR AS LONG AS YOU PAY 179.99 YEARLY)!!! Making the regular protection plan mediocre at best. A SCAM and a money grab if you ask me. especially when for as far as I can remember I've been an Elite Status member for spending a certain amount of money a year and now anyone can become an Elite Member for 49.99. Doesn't matter how much you spend in their store. SCAM!

Best Buy & geek squad always resolve any & all problems. Have never had any issue getting help with any situation I’ve had. Buy all my electronics here and will continue to do so.

Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

I always get the extended warranty on the higher price electrical items because the two times I have had to use it they did not give me any hassle at all. One of the items was a vacuum and because it was non fixable and no longer stocked (three years old) they gave me my full purchase price back on a gift card. Also other places make you use the manufacture warranty the first year before the extended warranty kicks in, but the geek squad protection handles all that for you.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.
